TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. **Scope of Services:**

   - Our mobile mechanics provide on-site automotive repair/diagnostic and maintenance services.

   - Services are subject to the terms outlined in the estimate provided. 

2. **Estimates and Charges:**

   - Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. All estimates are valid for 30 days.

   - Final charges may vary based on unforeseen circumstances discovered during the service

3. **Payment:**

   - Payment is due upon completion of services, unless an arrangement has been made. 

   - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments.

4. **Cancellation and Rescheduling:**

   - Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated 24-48 hours before the scheduled service.

   - Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. **Parts and Materials:**

   - Quality of parts used is based on the clients preference. Brand name of parts and materials can be provided upon request

6. **Guarantee:**

- Parts installed on your vehicle are guaranteed if an external or internal defect is found.
 - Labor is guaranteed if an issue occurs after the repair or maintenance, within a reasonable timeframe 

   - Guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. **Liability:**

   - We are not liable for any indirect or secondary damages arising from the services provided; loss of income, additional repairs, damages beyond the immediate repair work. 

   - Customer assumes responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle during service; provide an adequate & safe space to work
8. **Customer Cooperation:**

   - Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle and its issues.

   - Cooperation during the service is necessary for a timely and efficient completion.

9. **Indemnification:**

   - Customers agree to indemnify and hold SP Mecano Mobile harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the services.

10. **Privacy Policy:**

    - Customer information is handled with utmost confidentiality and is not shared with third parties.

12. **Termination of Services:**

    - SP Mecano Mobile reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including non-payment or unreasonable behaviour.
